They say that if you eat 1.4 ounces of dark
chocolate every day for two weeks it can lower your levels of the
stress hormone 'cortisol' and 'catecholamines', which are the 'fight
or flight' hormones released by the adrenal glands when your stressed
out.
They also say that it can also help to lower blood pressure !!
