In the early 1900's Horace Fletcher, an art dealer from San Francisco unveiled a new weight loss technique by chewing your food 32 times, but without swallowing it.

Horace felt that by only chewing your food in this fashion your body would absorb all the nutrients it needed and you would be able to enjoy the taste of the food without gaining weight !!.
